Introducing RouteIR

RouteIR is a powerful, yet easy-to-use database software application designed to bring organization to your thermography program. Featuring tight integration with the HotShot series of infrared cameras, RouteIR enables you to load asset records from existing CMMS or other asset management software applications, create route lists any way you determine, and easily upload these to the HotShot camera.

Asset Database
Create asset records with up to twelve user-defined data fields. Easily import assets records from popular CMMS systems with wizard tool.

Create Multiple Routes
Organize your infrared inspections into routes based on location, equipment criticality or any other criteria. Route files can be either saved in RouteIR or in the HotShot camera.

Know Where You're Going
Routes are easily uploaded to the HotShot camera. Easy-to-follow graphical prompts direct the infrared inspection.

RouteIR Is a Suite of Applications
Launch one of five applications including ReportIR, our multi-page report generation software that brings unique levels of automation to often tedious report generation tasks.

RouteIR is Easy to Use!

Step 1
Import your source data or create a list of the assets to be inspected.

Step 2
Create Routes. (lists of inspection locations)

Step 3
Upload data to
your HotShot.

Step 4
Acquire IR and visible images in-the-field, and properly tag each image on the Route with the name, equipment type and location.

Step 5
Download images to your PC and generate fully annotated multi-page reports automatically!

HotShot includes a default set of associates between equipment type, diagnosis and recommendations. Fault-Tree Software permits the user to add equipment types and change the relationships between equipment-type diagnoses and recommendations that may be more appropriate for the types of assets and problems in their application.
