The U.S. Department of Commerce Export Administration
Regulations (EAR) and
the U.S. Department of State International Traffic in Arms regulations (ITAR)
control the export and re-export, both permanent and temporary, of
U.S. products.
These regulations apply to all Electrophysics products.
U.S. Buyers
If you are a U.S. company and wish to purchase our products, it
is important that you become familiar with these laws. The export
control laws and regulations are complex; therefore any summary of
such laws and regulations provided herein is not comprehensive and
should not be taken as legal advice or counseling. If you should
have any questions or require additional information regarding export

Non-U.S. Buyers or for Products to be
Exported
If you are outside the U.S. and wish to purchase our
products, or you reside in the U.S. but wish us to export our products,
please feel free to contact our experienced staff. We will ask you
for information about the products desired, their intended destination
as well as information about your company in order to pre-determine
if an export license may be accepted by the U.S. Government. If so,
we would apply for the export license and will keep you apprised
of its acceptance status. Should you wish to become familiar with
the applicable restrictions, please visit the above U.S. government
websites.
Electrophysics Export Control

- Electrophysics will assure that all export
activities associated with our products comply with US
export control laws and regulations to their fullest extent.
- Electrophysics will not engage in any transaction
that will require the illegal export of any products and
will not assist directly or indirectly with the illegal
export or re-export of any products.
- If the Buyer intends to export or re-export
an item after receipt from Electrophysics (including "deemed
exports" when released to foreign nationals within
the U.S.), it is the Buyer's responsibility to request
and obtain all necessary licenses for the use and/or export
of the subject items, and to ensure that the requirements
of all applicable laws, regulations and administrative
policies are met.
- By proceeding with a transaction to purchase
any Electrophysics products, the Buyer certifies that:
- the purchase does not require Electrophysics
to export such items, and
- the Buyer does not intend to export
such items after receipt from Electrophysics without
an approved U.S. export license.
- U.S. law prohibits the sale, transfer, or
export of items to:
- Embargoed Countries and entities on
the Department of State's List of Debarred Parties;
- Department of Commerce's Denied Persons
List;
- Department of the Treasury's Specially
Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List.
It is the Buyer's responsibility
to be aware of the Lists of Embargoed Countries, Debarred
Parties, Denied Persons, and Specially Designated Nationals
and Blocked Persons. These Lists can be found at the U.S.
Government websites listed above. |
