Management Team
Frank Vallese PhD
Frank Vallese is CEO and CTO of Electrophysics and has a PhD from MIT in Electrical Engineering. Frank is an industry recognized expert on infrared imaging and holder of numerous patents. Frank has been with the company for 22 years and continues to direct its growth by focusing on engineering excellence and customer service.
Art Stout
Art is Vice President of Business Development and is a 20+ year infrared imaging industry veteran and has held senior management positions at Agema Infrared Systems, Raytheon and FLIR Systems. Art has a BS in economics from Rutgers University and is responsible for product strategy, sales and marketing and shares overall business strategy development with Frank Vallese.
